El mapa de la innovació pedagògica de Catalunya és un instrument que situa en el territori i visibilitza totes les iniciatives vinculades a la innovació i a la recerca educativa que es desenvolupa en els centres educatius i que han estat reconegudes pel Departament d’Educació des del 2015, d’acord amb el Marc de la Innovació Pedagògica de Catalunya. Amb el mapa de la innovació es pretén impulsar el treball en xarxa entre els centres que comparteixen objectius al llarg del territori i posar en valor la informació que faciliti la presa de decisions a tota la comunitat educativa, a l’administració i a altres agents. Aquesta presa de decisions ha de permetre promoure la inclusió, la cohesió i l’equitat, i facilitar la participació de tots els centres en l’èxit educatiu i la innovació per a la millora.

This position paper outlines EIROforum’s view on the importance of robust support in Horizon Europe of the RI programme to benefit RIs across all scientific domains and enable them to fulfil their critical role in European science, technology, industry and society. The examples listed in the annex are offered as key success stories of how the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation can create European added value.

The Second EUA Big Deals Survey Report is an updated mapping of major scholarly publishing contracts in Europe. Conducted in 2017-2018, the report gathers data from 31 consortia covering an unprecedented 167 contracts with five major publishers: Elsevier, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, Wiley and American Chemical Society. Readers will discover that the total costs reported by the participating consortia exceed one billion euros for periodicals, databases, e-books and other resources – mainly to the benefit of large, commercial scholarly publishers. The report provides an overview of Big Deal negotiations across Europe, focusing on topics such as the organisation of negotiations, provisions on Open Access and transparency of contracts and costs. It also offers information on the consortia and focuses specifically on periodical Big Deal contracts with the five large publishers selected for this survey. Finally, the report addresses the costs of Big Deal contracts, offering conclusions and policy recommendations on the negotiation of contracts.

The aim of this Report is to help policy makers working in different government levels involved in Smart Specialisation (S3) processes to understand how multilevel governance operates in their context and also how they can develop and facilitate its construction in their S3 strategies. The motivation behind this study is the belief that multilevel governance (MLG) can be improved and that S3 can be made more efficient with a win-win approach for different governments involved in the process.
