Per conèixer l'estat de la innovació entre les empreses catalanes, resulta imprescindible analitzar els indicadors globals que fan referència a la despesa empresarial en R+D, el seu pes sobre el PIB o el nombre de treballadors que s’hi dediquen, entre d’altres.

The European Science Diplomacy Alliance presents this policy brief as a contribution to the ongoing discussion on future research requirements in the final work programme of Horizon Europe 2025-2027. When reflecting on research needs to support development of science diplomacy as a tool for Europe, it is important to acknowledge certain diverse challenges: the heterogeneity of functions attributed to science diplomacy; the normative or moral implications associated with the concept; the need to reconcile science diplomacy’s adherence to Open Science with growing calls for technological sovereignty; and, finally, the limited anchoring today of science diplomacy in universities, research centers and diplomatic bodies.

The 2nd Diamond Open Access Conference brought together stakeholders from around the globe to explore, discuss, and share insights on the diamond open access scholarly communication ecosystem. This report reflects the mission of the conference to showcase good practices and policies from all over the world, offering attendees a comprehensive perspective on the role of diamond open access in scholarly communication. The Conference focused specifically on five key elements of diamond open access: infrastructure, policy development, governance, research evaluation and recognition, and sustainability.
